My goal is to deliver complete estate plans to my clients within the week of receiving the necessary information. I charge a flat fee that can be paid by check, ACH or credit card when the documents are completed. I am lucky to have focused my legal practice on establishing estate plans for people in Tennessee. It has been a great way to meet so many different people, while helping them plan for the future.
I find that many of my clients are relieved while feeling a sense of accomplishment and comfort knowing that they have chosen their path for succession. I have also found that my clients appreciate that I am able to charge a flat fee for estate planning work.
